Wiarton Willie, Punxsutawney Phil and Woodstock's very own Chilly Charlie will make their predictions later this morning. Groundhogs across North America will emerge from their burrows to predict an early spring or another six weeks of winter. With cloudy conditions in the forecast, Charlie will more then likely not see his shadow, indicating an early spring according to folklore. Festivities are taking place at South Gate Centre this morning in celebration of Groundhog Day. Breakfast is being served from 7:30 - 9 a.m.; $6 at the door, children 12 and under are $3. Heart FM's Dan Henry will broadcast Chilly Charlie's prediction live this morning at 8:15 a.m.
