Environment Canada warns of dangerous wind chill values for most of Southern Ontario including Oxford County.
Dangerous wind chill values are in the forecast overnight Sunday into Monday morning for Woodstock and surrounding area.
Environment Canada warns with temperatures expected to drop in the -20 C range, "light to moderate" wind will make for wind chill in the -30s.
In the warning the weather agency writes that within minutes, "frostbite and hypothermia will occur if adequate precautions are not taken when outdoors."
