Norwich YFC Youth Unlimited has started a campaign to raise funds to help students in their fall programs.
NORWICH - Norwich YFC Youth Unlimited have been helping youth in Oxford County for 15 years and have developed a fundraiser to help with their Fall programs.
Satellite Director of Norwich YFC youth Unlimited Jacqueline Armstrong tells Heart FM what the proceeds raised will go towards.
"Our operating costs which include things that we need to run our programs. We have a number of different programs that we run for our students that encourage healthy lifestyle and encourage them to see their potential and to reach for it."
The fundraiser started at on September 1st and they have already raised approximately $800.
Armstrong explains that people can donate through their website.
"You can go in and donate different amounts that you would like to choose from the grid that we have and up pops a Canada flag."
YFC will be accepting donations until the 1st of October and hope to fill the grid, which will see them raise a total of $11,000.
