A teenage girl is facing charges for breaking into vehicles in Ingersoll. Oxford OPP report a 14-year-old girl from Norwich is responsible for stealing several GPS units and cameras from vehicles. Police have recovered the stolen property and returned them to their owners. The girl is charged with mischief and possession of stolen property. She's been released from custody under a promise to appear in court. Offenders under the age of 18 can't be identified under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
