The total number of cases in Ontario now sits at 25,500. Ontario also had 25 new deaths reported today with an overall death toll of 2,073 and 19,477 resolved cases.
4,834 of the cases are from long term care homes in the province and 1,668 of them are health care workers who are associated with long term care outbreaks. Also, 1,300 of the deaths reported are from long-term care homes.
611,369 have been tested and 3,216 cases are still under investigation. 878 patients are currently in hospital with COVID-19, 148 of them are in ICU and 104 people are in ICU on a ventilator.
