Her list of accomplishments and leadership qualities have named Crystal Houze the new CEO of two Oxford County hospitals. Ingersoll's Alexandra Hospital and the Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital will see Houze come September 4th. She anticipates her move from her current position as Vice President and Chief Nursing Executive at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance since she started her career at TDMH as a nurse. She says she wants to keep the two hospitals working together, "I want to continue the work that they did around integration and synergies that they've created with the community." Houze has over 20 years experience in the health care system earning a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Masters in Health Services Management. She is also a member of the Canadian College of Health Leaders among many other accolades.
