It appears home sales in the area are picking up. According to Board President of the Woodstock- Ingersoll and District Real Estate Board, Lori Goldhawk, home sales for the month of June were on par with levels the same time last year which she says is a considerable improvement from April and May. Goldhawk says 104 homes were recorded sold in the area in the month of June with a total dollar amount of 26.2 million dollars.
