BRANT COUNTY - From May 4th to May 9th, it is Canadian Mental Health Week in Brant County.
The County says they're aware many people are struggling more than ever due to the current situation, however they want to remind residents they're not alone and there are many online services and resources available.
This week the County will be sharing information from their local partners at the Canadian Mental Health Association, Brant Haldimand Norfolk Branch and the Mental Health Awareness Week Committee.
They encourage people to reach out to these organizations and know they're not alone.
