One man has died following a collision involving two motorcycles and a pickup truck that occurred earlier today on Wellington Road 19. Wellington County OPP and West Region OPP Technical Collision Investigators (TCI) continue to investigate.
WELLINGTON COUNTY - Wellington County OPP responded to a serious collision earlier today involving two motorcycles and a pick-up truck on Wellington Road 19 at the Sixth Line.
The Guelph-Wellington Paramedic Services and Centre Wellington Fire and Rescue were also scene.
Early investigation revealed the two motorcycles were travelling eastbound followed by a pick-up truck, which was also travelling eastbound, when the collision occurred.
One of the motorcycle operators was a man and he was taken to local hospital with life-threatening injuries. Police say he has since succumbed to his injuries.
Meanwhile, the female motorcycle operator and driver of the pickup truck were transported to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
OPP and West Region OPP Technical Collision Investigators (TCI) continue to investigate the collision.
