One man is dead and another person is facing life threatening injuries after a devastating house fire in Dorchester.
DORCHESTER - A young man has died after a house fire in Dorchester.
OPP and volunteer firefighters rushed to the fire on 151 Oakwood Drive on Tuesday night. Three people were home at the time of the blaze. One of the occupants was able to escape while the other two had to be rescued by firefighters.
One of the people inside a 21 year old man was pronounced deceased at the scene. He has been identified as Ryan Parsons from Thames Centre. The other two were rushed to the hospital. One has life threatening injuries and the other with non life threatening injuries.
The cause of the fire is unknown and the Ontario Fire Marshall will be contacted to help with the investigation.
