36 year old Matthew Weesies of St.Marys is wanted by police after a number of allegations have been made against him over the weekend.
UPDATE: Stratford Police located Matthew Weesies this morning and he is currently in police custody.
ST.MARYS - Authorities are asking for the public's assistance in locating a 36 year old man in relation to a number of incidents in St.Marys.
Police say Matthew Weesies of St.Marys allegedly threw rocks at a residence on Wellington Street South on Friday around 8:00 a.m., breaking a window and a portion of the siding. Police arrived on scene but could not locate the man. He is facing a Mischief Under $5000 charge in relation to the incident.
Then on Saturday night around 10:00 p.m., Weesies was seen at a residence on Huron Street South, in St Marys. This is an address Weesies had been previously charged for an incident at and was released on conditions to not attend. In this incident the man was charged with Trespass by Night and Breach of Undertaking.
Early Sunday morning around 7:30 a.m., Weesies returned to the same residence on Huron Street South, where he allegedly broke a window and assaulted one of the residents. No physical injuries were sustained by the victim and police were contacted, however, Weesies left before police showed up. Despite conducting a search, police were unable to locate him. Charges from this incident include Assault, Mischief Under $5000, and two counts of Breach of Undertaking.
