UPDATE: All roads have now re-opened. Icy conditions are causing issues on local roads this morning. Buses have been cancelled in Oxford County and OPP are dealing with a jack-knifed tractor trailer on the 401 eastbound between Foldens Line and Sweaburg Road. Police say one lane is opened on the 401 but traffic is backed up and very slow moving. Motorists are advised to avoid the area as crews prepare to remove the truck. OPP are reporting very icy conditions on many of the secondary routes and are asking drivers to slow down and drive with caution. Woodstock Police are saying Mill Street at Bower Hill Road and Clark Road is very slick. They have asked motorists to avoid those areas so crews can lay salt.
