A Woodstonian is facing a pair of charges after a case of mischief.
WOODSTOCK - A case of mischief in Woodstock has resulted in charges.
Woodstock Police responded to the incident on Sunday at 4:15 p.m. at Dundas and Huron Street, after reports of mischief. It was determined that a metal pipe was thrown at a vehicle, and the suspect then fled on foot. This morning at 10:00 a.m. officers were able to locate the suspect and take them into custody.
As a result, a 31-year-old Woodstock resident faces one count of mischief to interfere with any person in the lawful use, enjoyment, or operation of property under $5,000, and a charge of failure to comply with a probation order.
