City Hall and other city building will be illuminated in blue this weekend as a tribute to the 8 year old girl guide who tragically lost her life this week.
LONDON - Londoners are asked to light the City blue this weekend to honour the memory of 8 year old Alexandra Stemp.
Stemp died in a horrific crash in west London on Wednesday, that also injured nine other girl guide members, including 7 young girls and two women. City Hall and other city building will be illuminated in blue this weekend as a tribute. Blue is the colour of girl guides Canada and the blue candle is a symbol of friendship and togetherness for Girl Guides around the world.
Alexandra is being remembered by family and friends as a brilliant little girl who was a talented artist and loved her brother with all her heart.
