A 24 year old man charged with manslaughter will be back in court for a bail hearing this morning.
WOODSTOCK - A 24 year old Woodstock man charged with manslaughter will be before the courts once again this morning.
Flavius Miron will have another bail hearing this morning. Miron is accused of killing 48 year old Jerry Klassen in Woodstock. Klassen was found unresponsive at his home on July 13th.
Miron had his bail hearing stayed last Friday because the Klassen family was unable to attend. Some of his friends wore t-shirts to the hearing last week reading "Justice for Jed" that were designed to look like the Harley Davidson logo.
A publication ban has been issued regarding the details of this case. Heart FM will have a reporter in court this morning and will provide you with more information this afternoon.
