DELHI - OPP are investigating after $16,000 in tree climbing equipment was stolen from the back of a pickup truck in Delhi.
Police say the theft happened overnight Tuesday on Western Avenue. Stolen was a number of different tools, chainsaws, along with ropes, pulleys and climbing equipment. A wallet was also stolen from the vehicle that contained personal and financial information. The theft is valued at approximately $16,000.
The OPP is continuing to investigate and is urging all vehicle owners to lock their vehicles and remove valuables. Anyone with information on this theft is asked to contact Norfolk OPP or Crime Stoppers.

NORFOLK COUNTY - Norfolk OPP are investigating after bottles of methadone were left at the end of a driveway on Charlotteville Road 8, about 12 minutes outside of Delhi.
Police were first notified about this on Tuesday afternoon. After going through surveillance footage, they found that this has happened several times and was not reported to police.
The OPP is continuing to investigate and are in the process of reviewing security surveillance footage in an attempt to identify those responsible.
