It is getting close to the Christmas break for the Oxford County teams in the PJHL.
PJHL - The Oxford County teams in the PJHL are looking to head into the holidays on a strong note.
This weekend is another full slate of games, and the Woodstock Navy Vets will be on the road for a pair of games. First, they travel to New Hamburg tonight to take on the Firebirds, with puck drop at 7:30 p.m. Then, tomorrow, they will travel to Paris to take on the Titans also at 7:30 p.m.
Next up is the Norwich Merchants; they are on home ice tonight as they welcome the Wellesley Applejacks to town, and game time is 8 p.m. The Merchants will then take a trip to Hespeler on Sunday to battle the Shamrocks at 3:30 p.m.
In Tavistock, the Braves will entertain the Dorchester Dolphins tonight, and the game is scheduled to start at 7:30 p.m. It will then be the back half of a home-and-home with the Dolphins tomorrow, as the two teams battle at 7:30 p.m. in Dorchester.
Lastly, moving to the Yeck Division, the Thamesford Trojans have a pair of home games beginning tonight when the Port Stanley Sailors come to town at 7:30 p.m. Then on Sunday, the Exeter Hawks make their way to the Thamesford Area Recreation Centre, and puck drop is set for 7:30 p.m.
