Arlan Galbraith has now hired a lawyer prior to the sentencing in his fraud case.
It will be another two weeks before the Pigeon King is in court for his sentencing hearing.
66 year-old Arlan Galbraith was found guilty of fraud by a jury in December of 2013, after his alleged Ponzi scheme business went bankrupt over five years ago losing millions of dollars for those who had invested in Pigeon King International.
Galbraith, who represented himself during his trail, has now hired a lawyer for his sentencing. The lawyer had a prior commitment which forced the delay of the hearing.
According to reports, the Crown prosecutor will be seeking a nine-year prison term for Galbraith.
