Prime Minister Justin Trudeau reached out to Taylor Swift on Twitter last night, after the pop star announced 14 new European and UK stops for the popular Eras Tour.
CANADA - Prime Minister Justin Trudeau appears to be one of the many Canadians eagerly waiting for Taylor Swift to announce Canadian tour dates.
The pop star announced 14 new European and UK stops for her popular Eras Tour yesterday with special guest Paramore. Prime Minister Trudeau responded to the post on Twitter with the following message for Swift:
"It’s me, hi. I know places in Canada would love to have you. So, don’t make it another cruel summer. We hope to see you soon."
Neither Swift nor members of her management team have addressed the reason why no Canadian dates have been announced for the Eras Tour so far.
It’s me, hi. I know places in Canada would love to have you. So, don’t make it another cruel summer. We hope to see you soon.
