A second person has been arrested and charged in relation to an ongoing death investigation in Simcoe and they're scheduled to appear in court today.
SIMCOE - Norfolk County OPP have arrested and charged a second person in relation to an ongoing death investigation in Simcoe.
Police were called to a home on Norfolk Street South on May 4th, where 55 year-old Lorraine Denise Dawley was found unresponsive and later died at the scene.
45 year-old Jeffery Steven McLean from Norfolk County has been charged with trafficking in a controlled substance contrary to section 5(1) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.
He is being held in custody and is scheduled to appear in court today.
OPP says if anyone has more information regarding this incident should immediately contact the Ontario Provincial Police at 1-888-310-1122.
The investigation is ongoing and more updates will be provided when they become available.
