Two people were rushed to the hospital after a crash involving an Oxford County vehicle this morning.
EAST ZORRA-TAVISTOCK - Two people have been taken to the hospital after a crash this morning on Oxford Road 33 east of the 10th line in East Zorra-Tavistock.
The crash involved an Oxford County Public Works vehicle and another motor vehicle. Both drivers were taken to the hospital by paramedics. Listeners to Heart FM who drove by the scene described the collision as head on.
Oxford County has issued a press release confirming the crash and that one of their employees has been taken to the hospital.
"This incident is under investigation by the Ontario Provincial Police. While we cannot confirm any further details, Oxford County extends its concern and thoughts to all involved and their families."
Oxford Road 33 is closed between the 10th and 11th Line as police continue to investigate the crash.
