SWOX - Charges have been laid after OPP officers stopped a vehicle for going close to double the speed limit in South-West Oxford.
Police say it was going 119 kilometres per hour in a 60 zone on Plank Line at around 9:00 p.m. on Tuesday March 17th. The driver was a 19-year-old from Oshawa, and they have been charged with stunt driving.
The OPP would like to remind drivers out there to slow down and drive the speed limit, adding this type of behaviour puts everyone at risk.
