The latest Heart FM News Poll asks, who are you cheering for in the Doherty Division Championship series?
OXFORD - One of Oxford County's PJHL teams will win the Doherty Division Championship this year.
The Woodstock Navy Vets and the Tavistock Braves will face off in the best-of-seven series starting this evening. The two teams met six times during the regular season, with Woodstock winning four of those games and outscoring Tavistock 24-14.
The Navy Vets secured their spot in the final with a 10-6 victory over the Norwich Merchants on Tuesday, winning the series 4-2 in the end. The Braves advanced on March 11th, after shutting out the Wellesley Applejacks 1-0 and winning the semifinal series 4-0.
