Don't let the cool temperature today fool you - summer's not done with the heat and humidity yet.
Although today's a nice break for air conditioners in Oxford County, the summer's not over yet.
Warning Preparedness Meteorologist with Environment Canada Geoff Coulson says this has been a fairly warm August but we will start cooling down slightly.
"Right now, temperature wise, August has been much warmer than normal but with temperatures looking like they'll settle back down to more season values the average temperature for the month will likely drop a bit."
Coulson predicts we'll see that summer heat again as soon as tomorrow.
"This somewhat cooler than normal weather won't last very long. We already bounce back to somewhat warmer than normal conditions for Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday of this week with temperatures back up into the high twenties."
As for rain, Coulson says he doesn't see anything significant in our near future.
