Festivities are about to hit the streets of downtown Ingersoll, adding a buzz in the town.
INGERSOLL - Festivities are about to hit the streets of downtown Ingersoll.
Summer Sunsational Sale runs tomorrow from noon till 6.
The event is part of the Ingersoll BIA's series of long weekend events.
Vendors will fill the streets from businesses downtown and beyond.
Ingersoll Economic Development Officer, Curtis Tighe says there will be more than Vendors on the streets.
"We have face painters, we have balloon twisters, we have colouring sheets, we have mini golf, bubbles, sidewalk chalk and we're going to have an event that has something to do with icecream being the prize."
There will also be live entertainment and food trucks.
Tighe says this event will help the downtown business district.
"Any opportunity we have to highlight our downtown, to draw people down and raise awareness we try to take, and so this is part of a series of long weekend events. So every long weekend in the summer we have some kind of an event."
Summer Sunsational Sale is fun for all ages and free to take part.
