A Woodstock man and woman were arrested following the assault of a cab driver in Ingersoll
A man and woman have been charged following the assault of a cab driver in Ingersoll.
The incident occurred during the early hours of February 22nd when the driver picked up the two at a residence on Ingersoll Street North.
The driver was assaulted and the suspects then fled the scene.
After a police investigation, Oxford OPP arrested 28 year-old Tyler Lyttle and 19 year-old Samantha Toellner both of Woodstock.
Lyttle has been charged with assault and uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm while Toellner was arrested for obstruction of justice. The two were released from custody on the promise to appear in court April 15th.
