It's the last few weeks for Woodstock Hydro ahead of the transition to Hydro One.
WOODSTOCK - The transition from Woodstock Hydro to Hydro One will be completed by the end of August.
General Manager at Woodstock Hydro Jane Albert tells Heart FM that rate payers won't likely notice much of a difference.
"Typically they are going to be receiving a bill from Hydro One rather than Woodstock Hydro, and prior to receiving their first Hydro One bill they will also receive a welcome package that will explain all of the changes."
The Woodstock Hydro office on Graham Street closed last Thursday and will be operated by Hydro One starting in September. You can still call if you have a billing inquiry and they will help you at the office if you need help even though it is closed.
Albert says the transition has been carefully thought out to avoid disruptions.
"I think they should be able to look forward to the same service and the same access to resources that they have experienced in the past."
