The Woodstock Ingersoll Tillsonburg and Area Association of Realtors have released their sales report for the month of June.
OXFORD COUNTY - The Woodstock Ingersoll Tillsonburg and Area Association of Realtors have released their June monthly sales report.
175 units were sold last month almost 20% below the 10-year average for June.
1,019 units have been sold so far this year an 11.5% drop off from this time last year.
The real estate board also saw close to a 15% decrease in the number of new listings with only 353 new listings last month.
WITAAR Board President, Anthony Montanaro on this month's numbers.
"Sales are up compared to June 2022, while new listings remain lower year over year but above the seasonal average. As a result, overall inventory has now stabilized in line with historical averages,"
The price of units was 11.2% under the average this time last year, coming in at $651,781 for the month with the year-to-date average being $658,019, down 13.8% from last year.
