WOODSTOCK - The Woodstock Chamber of Commerce is accepting nominations for the Business Awards of Excellence. Members of the public have until August 15th to nominate their favourite business.
There are 11 awards up for grabs including the trades person of the year award and the community involvement award.
Executive Director Martha Dennis says those who attend the awards gala will help decided who wins each honour.
"There are three finalists in each category and there are videos done of each finalist. The audience actually gets to participate in the selection where they can do a voting process from their table and they get to select the finalist."
The awards gala will also feature complimentary cocktails, a martini bar and a dinner catered by the Craigowan Oxford Golf and Country Club. It will take place on Wednesday November 2nd at the Oxford Auditorium.
