For the sixth time a Woodstock man charged with manslaughter will appear in court this morning.
WOODSTOCK - A 24 year old Woodstock man charged with manslaughter will be before the courts once again this morning.
This will be sixth court appearance for Flavius Miron. All of his previous bail hearings were delayed and today they are expected to set a date.
Miron is accused of killing 48 year old Jerry Klassen in Woodstock. Klassen was found unresponsive at his home on July 13th. Miron had his bail hearing stayed last Friday because the Klassen family was unable to attend.
Klassen's friends and supporters have gone to every hearing wearing "Justice for Jed" t-shirts that were designed to look like the Harley Davidson logo.
