Police have released the identity of the woman who was killed in a fatal motorcycle crash on the 401 near Woodstock.
SOUTH-WEST OXFORD - Police have released the name of the woman who died in a fatal crash on the 401 near Woodstock.
64 year old Sandra Mione Kent of Beamsville was riding her bike on Highway 401 near Folden's Line late Friday afternoon when she crashed into the back of a Toyota car. Kent was ejected from the bike and was rushed to the hospital where she was later pronounced deceased.
The crash caused a chain reaction on the 401 where three other vehicles also stopped ahead of the Toyota car were rear ended. A couple of the other drivers did receive minor injuries in the crash.
The cause of the collision remains under investigation.
