A local business leader is promoting a new book that she hopes will inspire entrepreneurs. It's called "Succeeding in Spite of Everything", and Anne Miner is one of 34 storytellers in the book, talking about challenges they've faced in the business world. Miner tells Heart FM she hopes the book will help others overcome their challenges. "It is a collection of stories of entrepreneurs, largely women, although there is one man in the book as well, who have shared an event in their life that has been a setback or challenge to their success, and how they've overcome it. With the point being, to inspire others, to face those fears and those challenges." Since its release in June, the book has been a huge success, ranking #1 in 10 of Amazon.com's categories, and was #42 in their top 100. The book is available locally at Merrifield's Book Shop. You can order a copy personally from Anne Miner, who will sign your book - anne.miner@dunvegan.ca. She also has a series of upcoming book signings this fall: September 15, 2012 12-2pm Coles Bookstore ? 550 King St. ? Conestoga Mall ?
