A 43 year old woman from Ingersoll has been charged with fail to stop at the scene of an accident.
INGERSOLL - A 43 year old woman from Ingersoll has been charged with fail to stop at the scene of an accident.
Oxford OPP say the charge stems from a collision on Ingersoll Street on April 9th around 2:55 p.m.
Police say the crash happened when a vehicle turned off of Thompson Road heading northbound onto Ingersoll street crashing into a tractor trailer heading southbound.
After investigating police charged the driver of the vehicle Dawn Derbowka.
An investigation into the collision is ongoing and more charges will be forthcoming.
Derbowka will answer to her charge in Woodstock on June 16th.
