A concerned citizen can be credited for helping police nab a robber. On Sunday, Oxford OPP were notified of an erratic driver in the downtown core of Ingersoll around 7:30 in the morning. Police were able to locate the suspect vehicle unattended in front of St Paul's Presbyterian Church on Thames Street, The man was caught exiting the building with property that belonged to the church. Police arrested 42 year-old Michael Keenan at the scene after it was discovered the church had been broken in to. Keenan now faces a total of five charges including Break and Enter, Possession of Property Obtained by Crime under $5000, Obstruct/Resist Peace Officer, Possession of a Controlled Substance and Careless Driving.
