SOUTH-WEST OXFORD - Changes are coming to garbage and recycling collection routes in South-West Oxford Township.
The changes are happening to account for the recent population growth in the township. The changes will impact about 120 homes in SWOX.
Switching from "Red" days to "Yellow" days:
· Prouse Road between Dereham Line and Pigram Line
Switching from "Yellow" days to "Red" days:
· All of Daniel Road
· Prouse Road between Dereham Line and Zenda Line
· Zenda Line between Prouse Road and Daniel Road
All other South-West Oxford residents will stay on their current six-day collection cycle but pick-up times along the new collection routes may change across the township. All residents are reminded to have their garbage and recycling placed at the curb before 7:00 a.m. to ensure pick up. Anything set out after 7:00 a.m. risks not being collected.
