Woodstock Police say the driver had close to four times the legal limit of alcohol in their system.
WOODSTOCK - A 48-year-old from Woodstock is facing impaired driving charges after blowing close to four times over the legal limit.
Woodstock Police responded to reports of an impaired driver in the College Ave area late Thursday morning and found their suspect vehicle parked in a driveway.
It was running at the time with someone in the driver's seat along with open bottles of alcohol.
That person is now facing one count of operation while impaired by alcohol and drugs, and one count of operation while impaired with a blood alcohol concentration over 80.
