Oxford OPP this afternoon have released the name of the man that was killed in a crash on Tuesday. 47-year-old Mark Cooper of Woodstock, struck a tree with his Chrysler Intrepid at around 9 o'clock yesterday morning. Police say he drove right through a dead end intersection at West Hill Line and Clarke Road, south of Beachville. Police also say they've concluded their investigation.
