Briefs include impaired driving charges in Norfolk County, mischief charges and a break and enter in Simcoe.
NORFOLK COUNTY - A 20 year-old Norfolk County man is facing impaired driving charges after he rolled his vehicle several times while travelling on Highway 24 East.
Norfolk County OPP along with Norfolk County Paramedic Services responded to the incident on Sunday at 6:06 am.
The driver lost control resulting in the vehicle rolling several times. The driver was transported to hospital by paramedics to be treated for minor injuries.
Police have charged Jorden Depoorter with the following offences:
Operation while impaired - alcohol and drugs
operation while impaired - blood alcohol concentration 80 plus
Novice driver - blood alcohol concentration above zero
He is scheduled to appear in a Simcoe courtroom at a later date.

NORFOLK COUNTY - Norfolk OPP have a charged a 28 year-old Tillsonburg man after they stopped his vehicle on Colborne Street South in Simcoe.
The incident occurred on Sunday at 4:22 pm when the car attracted the officer's attention and it was subsequently stopped and investigated.
As a result, officers took the driver into custody and they found items during their investigation that were stolen from a previous break and enter in Oxford County.
Jeffrey Keith Fearns was charged with the following offences:
Possession property obtained by crime under $5,000
Driving while under suspension
Use, deals, acts of a forged document
Fail to comply with probation order
He is scheduled to appear in a courtroom in Simcoe at a later date.

NORFOLK COUNTY - Norfolk OPP have arrested a 40 year-old man from Norfolk County after they responded to a mischief incident at a home on Rolph Street South.
The accused went to the property and damaged a door and he was later located by police and charged.
Patrick Christopher Steinhoff was charged with mischief under $5,000.
He is scheduled to appear in a Simcoe courtroom at a later date.
