NORFOLK COUNTY - Norfolk County OPP officers raised over $22,000 for the Special Olympics during the Polar Plunge.
Officers jumped into the frigid waters of Lake Erie at Turkey Point on Saturday. Freezing for a reason was the theme and hundreds of people came out to cheer them on. The OPP actually live streamed the entire event which you can watch below:

A special Olympian actually showed up, and the OPP officers kept their word going back in for a 5th time.

Money is still coming in today and you can donate online here. The Norfolk OPP originally set out a fundraising goal of $15,000.
