THAMESFORD - The Thamesford Trojans have advanced to the next round of the PJHL playoffs.
The Trojans celebrated a 3-2 win over the North Middlesex Stars at the Thamesford Area Recreation Centre last night, winning the semifinal series 4-0 in the end.
This means the Trojans will face the Mount Brydges Bulldogs in the Yeck Division finals, but the series schedule has yet to be released.
Meanwhile in the Doherty Division, the Norwich Merchants will be up against the Wellesley Applejacks in Game 5 of their semifinal series tonight. Wellesley is currently leading the best-of-seven series 3-1 and the winner will face the New Hamburg Firebirds in the finals.
