It was a well-behaved Superbowl in the Friendly City. Woodstock Police hit the streets with a series of RIDE programs on Superbowl Sunday. Police set up checkpoints on Devonshire, Dundas and Norwich Ave. Out of 400 vehicles checked, no impaired drivers were detected, and no roadside tests were administered. Police continue to remind people, if they plan on drinking, to plan ahead an arrange for a ride, or to call a cab.
