The 2025-2028 strategic plan has been released with a people centered focus by the Woodstock Hospital.
WOODSTOCK - The Woodstock Hospital has released its strategic plan for the next three years.
Director of Strategic Planning, Community Engagement and Patient Experience Lead, Jennifer Lynch explains what it is all about.
"Our strategic plan really is focusing on people centered care. It used to be about patient centered care, but now we're focusing not only on the patient but the visitors, their family, our hospital team members, our community and our community partners."
During the process of developing it, the hospital heard from over 1,600 people through an online survey, virtual engagement sessions, and in-person community meetings.
Lynch says it's easy to keep up to date with what's going on at the hospital.
"We definitely encourage everyone to follow along with us through signing up for our hospital newsletters and through social media."
Lynch mentions there are QR codes all over the hospital to guide you to their social media pages, plus they will be at events in the community for people to ask questions. You can also visit the Woodstock Hospital website for all the information about the Strategic Plan.
