When it comes to six figure salaries, the number of County staff more than doubles Woodstock. Oxford County has 17 senior staff on this year's sunshine list, compared to 7 across the street at Woodstock City Hall. CAO David Creery is the top earner at City Hall, clearing $158,000 in salary last year. At Oxford County, Director of Corporate Services Lynn Buchner led the way with over $131,000. However, the City of Woodstock was also on the hook for 27 police officers, and 46 firefighters who cracked the sunshine list last year.
