We have one new COVID-19 related death in the Southwestern Public Health region.
SWPH - Southwestern Public Health is reporting one new COVID-19 related death. It was a woman in her 90s and she lived in Oxford County.
This brings the total number of COVID-19 related deaths in the Southwestern Public Health region to 167.
The Health Unit also reported 47 new cases of COVID-19 this morning, bringing the total number of active cases to 193. Please note, this does not include rapid test results.
Eight people are currently being treated for the virus in local hospitals and none of them are in the ICU.
