The 32-year-old is facing impaired driving charges.
WARWICK TOWNSHIP - The Lambton County OPP charged someone from Oxford County recently.
On Sunday, officers responded to a report of a single-vehicle collision on Egermont Road at 6:45 p.m.
No injuries were reported, but as a result of the investigation a 32-year-old from Tillsonburg is now facing charges of operation while impaired by alcohol and drugs, along with operation while impaired with a blood alcohol concentration of 80 plus. He was also handed a 90-day licence suspension and week long vehicle impoundment.
He will appear in a Sarnia courtroom next month.
