A 64-year-old Kitchener man is facing sex charges in a case that dates back several decades. On Monday, police announced Richard Kunder had been charged with offences that date back to the 1960's and 70's. They were allegedly committed in the Stratford/Perth County area. When news came out about the charges, an addition victim came forward on Tuesday. Kunder is now charges with five counts of indecent assault and one count of buggery. He's been released from custody on a surety and will be in court next on September 17th.
