A 34 year old Stratford woman has been charged after a school bus collided with a van in Perth County.
PERTH COUNTY - A Stratford woman has been charged after a collision occurred between a school bus and a van in Perth County on Wednesday June 1st.
Officers say the school bus was driving south on Road 113 shortly after 4pm when it came to a stop at an intersection. The bus then proceeded to pull out into the intersection, right in front of a van travelling east on Line 26.
The two vehicles collided and the driver of the bus was transported to hospital with minor injuries. Meanwhile the van driver and the students on the bus were uninjured.
The female bus driver, a 34 year old Stratford woman has been charged with failing to yield to traffic.
