A 13 year old from Tillsonburg has been charged after getting into a physical confrontation with an adult in Courtland on Tuesday.
TILLSONBURG - A 13 year old from Tillsonburg has been charged after getting into an altercation with an adult in Courtland.
Police say the young teen and the adult got into an argument on Tuesday morning on Talbot Street. At some point things turned physical and it was the 13 year old who was arrested and charged.
The teen or pre-teen was charged with imitation weapon for a dangerous purpose. No other details have been released.
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice, located in Simcoe at a later date.
