The 401, Norwich Avenue interchange may be getting a much needed make over. The new project would see a new bridge being built next to the existing bridge. Gregg Cook the project manager of Stantec says "the existing bridge is reaching the end of its useful life and the Ministry needs to either undertake a significant rehabilitation or replacement." The projected cost is close to 8 million dollars but the cost still has to refined. The project is expected to decrease delays by 25%. The project could take between 8 months and a year to complete. There is a public hearing on April 11th at Goff Hall to ask any questions or raise any concerns.
