Norfolk OPP were called out to Waterford after a 6 year old child accidentally handcuffed them self to a chair.
WATERFORD - Norfolk OPP were called out to Waterford after a 6 year old child accidentally handcuffed them self to a chair.
The parent called police when they couldn't get the handcuffs off on Tuesday morning just before noon
Officers attended the address and were able to safely remove the handcuffs from the child. No injuries were reported as a result of this incident.
